Every BridgePoint placement generates support for a nonprofit organization selected by our clients.
BridgePoint Associates specializes in recruiting exceptional talent for mission-driven organizations. Our clients are building solutions that strengthen communities, advance innovation, and address important social challenges.
Through the Placement With Purpose program, BridgePoint contributes 2.5% of every successful placement fee to nonprofit organizations selected by our clients.
Following a successful placement, clients simply choose the nonprofit they would like the donation directed to.
Each search we complete strengthens organizations through leadership and talent while also generating meaningful support for nonprofit organizations.
The program does not change the cost of a search—it simply allows every successful hire to also support a nonprofit organization.

The BridgePoint Associates Impact Network is a curated group of nonprofit organizations eligible to receive donations through the Placement With Purpose Program. Participation is free!
Participating organizations must:
• Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Demonstrate meaningful mission impact
• Have a 30 minute video call to tell us more about your work
Organizations interested in participating may register to join the network below. Clients may also recommend nonprofits for consideration.
